ORFER DEPALLETIZING AND FEEDING CELL FOR CARTON BLANKS
An automatic and reliable system for depalletizing and feeding of carton blanks
The depalletizing and feeding system is designed to automate the depalletizing and feeding of carton blanks from pallets into further processing. The system handles carton blanks of various sizes and shapes, and product changes can be made quickly by switching the robot’s gripper tool and using product-specific presets.
The depalletizing system detects the number of carton blank stacks on the pallet. The robot then picks up the stacks from the pallet with a mechanical gripper and aligns the stacks for further processing. The depalletizing robot feeds the carton blanks to the next stage, and empty pallets are stacked in the pallet magazine.
The cell has been proven in the market as a reliable automation system for handling and depalletizing carton blanks.
