ORFER PALLETCELL ADVANCED

Automate palletizing with an advanced  continuous palletizing system

PalletCell Advanced is an automatic, continuous robotic palletizing system for the automatic stacking of pallets. As a result of expertise in design and comprehensive testing, the system is quick and efficient to install and take into use.

 

A supply conveyor brings the products to be stacked into PalletCell Advanced’s grouping conveyor, and the products are grouped for the robot. The robot uses a gripper to pick the products and automatically places them on the pallet according to the palletizing program selected. The robot may place corrugated cardboard sheets under, in between or on top of the product layers. Pallets are supplied automatically from a pallet magazine or stack by using the robot.

 

The system allows highly efficient stacking on platforms for a reasonable investment. PalletCell Advanced is scalable to higher production volumes by the addition of pallet locations or robot cells.
