ALLU leverages its specialist expertise to manufacture durable, efficient attachments that make a wide range of earthmoving machines more productive. We act as ALLU’s contract manufacturer, supplying them with, among other things, a variety of drums and buckets as welded assemblies.

Our deliveries to ALLU draw on Orfer’s full machine shop capabilities, from design for manufacturability to intelligent robotic welding and surface treatment. This allows us to deliver even small batch sizes to ALLU with the efficiency of series production.

A solid foundation for a long-lasting partnership

Orfer Manufacturing Services and ALLU first crossed paths in 2010, when ALLU was looking for a new contract manufacturer for the drums of its screening buckets. It was clear from the start that both sides were aiming for a lasting partnership that would benefit everyone involved.

​

ALLU wanted its contract manufacturer to produce the drums at competitive prices while also improving quality. Orfer took up the challenge and designed an automation system for ALLU that remembered product recipes and ensured excellent quality. In return, ALLU committed to purchasing a set volume of drums so that Orfer could invest in the system. Once the investment was paid off, Orfer lowered its prices as agreed.
