How the Soft Drink Bottle Palletizing System Works
Incoming pallets are moved to a calibration station where the products are precisely centered for the robot. The conveyor features over a dozen buffer positions, ensuring a continuous feed.
The robot retrieves a dolly and locks it into place on the conveyor. The contents of a single pallet are divided and placed onto two separate dollies, after which the robot automatically stacks the empty pallets.
The filled dollies move to a strapping station where they are automatically secured. Subsequently, the filled dollies are guided out of the cell.
This process transforms palletized bottles into stable sales units optimized for logistics and in-store display.
